READY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR YOUR HORSE?

Equine Bodywork Sessions

Equine bodywork sessions help horses release tension, improve movement, and resolve performance issues like stiffness, resistance under saddle, or difficulty picking up leads. Through gentle nervous system bodywork for horses, these sessions support relaxation and more comfortable, fluid movement.

Equine Bodywork for Performance Horses

Horses often show signs of tension before obvious lameness appears, such as difficulty bending, refusing leads, bucking under saddle, or becoming sensitive when saddled.

Most bodywork focuses on muscles or “fixing” what looks tight.
This approach and methodology goes deeper — without force.

I work with how your horse’s nervous system is organizing posture, balance, engagement, and movement patterns, in addition to parasympathetic and sympathetic synchronicity which influences digestion, emotion, connection and learning.

When the nervous system gets the input it needs to feel safe and organized, the body adjusts its own output — releasing without force or resistance.

Bodywork for Horses with Stiffness or Back Pain

What a session looks like:
• I watch how your horse stands, moves, and carries tension
• I identify the patterns their nervous system is holding
• I use precise, light-touch inputs that help their body reorganize
• Your horse begins to soften — licking, chewing, yawning, breathing
• We confirm movement changes and discuss what you’re feeling under saddle
• You get simple things you can do between sessions to keep the progress going

Bodywork for Behavioral Changes Under Saddle

YOU’VE TRIED MASSAGE AND CHIROPRACTIC, YOU ARE READY FOR THIS…

Bodywork for Horses with Stiffness or Back Pain

When you work with the system that controls everything, the whole horse changes.

Most people think bodywork is about loosening tight muscles — but a horse’s tension is almost never just a muscle problem.

Your horse’s movement, comfort, and behavior all come from the patterns their nervous system is running — change the pattern, and the whole body responds..

With the right inputs, your horse releases on their own — softening, breathing, and moving better in minutes, not through pressure but through clear nerve communication.

The changes were profound.

I purchased a new mare that was very anxious and looky in the arena. I noticed while lunging she was inverted, appeared locked in her entire topline and would not stretch her neck down and out at all. I had Kris work on her and took her out 2 days later to lunge. The changes were profound. Went right to stretching out and down, in all 3 gaits. Far less anxious and I felt like she could focus on me instead of everything else. I’m so relieved that she could find relief thanks to Kris! Can’t wait to have her come back and peel off the next layer!
